PSYCHIC SHIT
Mind Control: There is no mind control on Epoch.
Possession: Gastly, Haunter, Gengar and Yamask are Pokemon capable of possession. The Gastly line utilizes possession by harnessing a person's shadow, while a Yamask can take over a person' will by having them wear the mask.
Telepathy: Alakazam is the only non-legendary capable of speaking via telepathy.
The Ralts line can utilize empathy to share emotions and brief images.
Drowzee and Hypno can communicate via dreams.
Elgyem and Beheeyem can erase and manipulate memories.
The Gothita and Natu lines have access to clairvoyance and divination. Using clairvoyance in a thread with other people requires their permission.
Many Pokemon with the move Mind Reader can read the minds of their targets for a brief moment, but cannot communicate as such.
In order to Teleport to a location you cannot see or that is a great distance away, your Pokemon will have needed to have visited this location before. The longest distance a Pokemon can teleport is cross region - doing so will greatly exhaust your Pokemon.
For shorter Teleports - such as in battle to dodge an attack - Pokemon are able to utilize the move more freely, although it still puts a strain on the Pokemon's stamina.
Almost all Psychic-type Pokemon are capable of utilize Telekinesis, moving objects with their mind. This is not to be mistaken for the actual move Telekinesis. Please be realistic with how much mental stress your Pokemon endures while using telekinetic powers.

FORME CHANGES
Rotom has the ability to change forms and typing by possessing certain objects. To keep things balance, Rotom cannot change forms mid-battle without permission from your thread partner.
We do allow for Rotom to possess a wider variety of objects - however, it must be able to match up with one of the existing typings. Rotom possessing a freezer, for example, would equate to the fridge form, while possessing a toaster would equal the heat form.

How does Zorua & Zoroark's Illusion work in and out of battle?
As a general note, Zorua is not capable of making perfect illusions like it's evolved form. Any illusions Zorua makes may be imperfect, but no matter what, their illusions would not be on par with Zoroark's. And before they are able to mimic or create an illusion of anything, they must have seen and/or heard the target they are mimicking/creating an illusion of.
Zorua and Zoroark are able to cause an Illusion in battle, appearing as another Pokemon and able to copy the Pokemon's cries until they are hit by a move. When they are hit by any move, the illusion dispels.
Out of battle, Zorua is able of casting illusions up to 80 meters, and Zoroark can cast them up to 120 meters. Much like how it works in battle, they are capable of mimicking sounds. They can cast an illusion and make themselves look like a human, and are capable of speaking whatever language they have heard. They are capable of making very realistic illusions, but cannot change their physical appearance. However, they are capable of fooling one's perception. When a person is in their illusion, they may feel something that isn't there. The illusion will fade if their concentration is broken or they are hit physically in any way.
It is worth noting that the Illusion ability is emphasized for out of combat use.
